- scheduler job + dashboard fetch + sources table row (now 9 sources)
- tests: parse (incl paren-negatives), value-key resolution, direction;
  suite 368 OK. Independent review passed: true
- Phase B feasibility: REIC/EPPO/NBTC/PTTEP are JS-rendered or anti-bot
